Thank you for selecting Paramount Limousine Services for your chauffeured transportation needs. We welcome the opportunity to provide you with premium quality service. Below we have itemized our Service Policies.
You certify that all the information provided by you is true, correct and complete and has been made for the purpose of inducing Paramount Limousine to extend credit to you. You acknowledge that Paramount Limousine will rely on the information provided by you.
You authorize Paramount Limousine to charge the credit card identified in your reservation and any updated credit card identified by you (“your credit card”) for all services provided to you or assigned to your account and all other amounts owed by you to Paramount Limousine Services.
You agree to perform all the obligations set forth by your agreement with your credit card issuer.
This Service Terms and Agreement for Transportation Reservations (the “Agreement”) is by and between Paramount Limousine and you (either individually or on behalf of any entity whom you are representing) (“Client” or “you”)
You agree that you are fully responsible for the actions of all of you, your passengers, guests, and invitees (collectively, the “Passengers”) aboard the vehicles provided through Paramount Limousine.
Billing
We accept ALL Major Credit Cards, ACH, Wire, and PayPal. All online reservations will be required to confirm with your electronic signature. Additional charges will be charged on the same credit card.
Car Seats
For us to bring in the correct seat, please mention the weight and age of your child. A child seat can be provided for a fee of $25.00. Passenger must first install the child seat, and our driver will double check for accuracy prior to the vehicle taking off.
Cleaning
Clean up fee starts at a rate of $195.00, and the actual amount will be determined by our car porter once the vehicle has been returned to our garage.
Damages
Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period.
Drugs, Alcohol, and Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all the vehicles. Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcohol. If there is alcohol and/or underage consumption of alcohol in our vehicles, your ride will be terminated, and passengers will be returned to the point of origin.
Lost items
You agree that Paramount Limousine is not responsible for personal property left in vehicles.
Overages & Wait Times
All additional time over the agreed upon time of service, will be billed in increments of half an hour. Once the booking has begun for a point-to-point reservation, there will be a 15-minute grace period. Waiting time after that will result in an increment charge of half an hour. For Point-to-point service, rates are from Point A to point B only. Any extra stop(s) or waiting time will result in additional charges.
Traveling time charge
Our office is conveniently located near LAX. If your first pick up address is 45 miles or less from our office, there will be no travel time charge. In the event if a traveling time charge is incurred, we will inform you prior to the start of your ride. Your last drop off must be the same as your first pick-up address, or a fee may be charged.
Flight arrivals
Paramount Limousine monitors all commercial flights and billing begins at the adjusted time of any early arrivals. On late arrivals Paramount Limousine will begin billing at the last update as given by the airlines
Seating Capacity
Customer cannot occupy the vehicle over the max capacity. Any overload will cause interruption in driver’s take off.
Cancellation Policy
50% refund if cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to scheduled ride.
25% refund if cancelled more than 7 days prior to the pick-up date.
No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled ride.
BY SIGNING ELECTRONICALLY AND MAKING A RESERVATION, UTILIZING THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, YOU ARE SIGNIFYING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT (A) YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ENTER THIS AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND, IF APPLICABLE, YOUR ORGANIZATION, AND ARE DOING SO, (B) YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION CAN LEGALLY ENTER INTO THESE TERMS AND (C) YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU AND THE ORGANIZATION SHALL BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT
